Is there a chance that the phone I am ordering will get blocked?

No. None of the retailers we buy from register the serial numbers or IMEI of their stock individually; however, in case it happens, we will issue You a full refund upon receiving proof of such occurrence.

I’m in Europe, where the standard outlet voltage is 230V, unlike the 110V used in America. Will the iMac work? Also, what about taxes?

For European and Asian customers, we will ship from one of our alternate locations within the EU, which means that they will receive an item that was meant for their home markets.

In all other cases, you can solve such a problem by simply using the correct mains adapter, usually included in the package. As for the taxes, Americans, Canadians, and citizens of the EU will not have to pay any import duties. In all other cases, to minimize import costs, the items will be declared as gifts of a lesser value or sent back for warranty repairs and will not be insured.

What is the stock status of a particular product I’m interested in?

Contact us through our contact page and let us know which product you want to buy. Please provide the product’s model and other technical details; we will contact you when it is in stock.

Once the order is placed and you provide your shipping details to receive your iPhone , please wait for us to send you an email with a tracking number (around 3 to 5 hours).

We ship from our warehouse in the USA, Germany & China; it’s safe. We never ship directly from the Apple store.
